DEAR SELLER: Real Estate Love Letters from Los Angeles
Dear Seller is a collection of heartwarming true stories of Angelenos from different walks of life—from a former Green Beret and a social worker to a New York Times best-selling author—searching for the home of their dreams. Acclaimed L.A. writer D. J. Waldie pens the book’s foreword with a moving reflection on home and “the allure and discontents” of the city.
At the center of each tale is the potential buyer’s personal offer letter, accompanied by his or her account of the courtship that ensued after first laying eyes on “the one.”
A percentage of the proceeds from the book goes to the arts organization Piece by Piece.

Griffith Park Map Tote
Designed by Miriam Blier, this whimsical Griffith Park map appears as a fold-out in our We Heart P-22 book. Miriam feels almost everything in design and life is about striking a perfect (or perfectly imperfect) balance, and that at its most compelling, visual communication is good storytelling. It is digitally printed on a canvas tote by Print Renegades.
A portion of the proceeds from the book will go to Friends of Griffith Park, which works to protect P-22’s habitat, and the park itself, for visitors of all species to enjoy.
Originally conceived as cutout hand puppets for the We Heart P-22 book, these P-22 faces were drawn by a 5-year-old and inked by her father. The pattern is screen-printed in hot pink on a canvas tote by the fine folks at Print Renegades in Los Angeles.
A percentage of proceeds go to the campaign Save LA Cougars, which raises money for the Liberty Canyon wildlife crossing.
Love P-22 Canvas Tote

She loves traveling, wine, and learning about L.A. history. This drawing is screen-printed in black on canvas totes by Print Renegades in Los Angeles.
A percentage of proceeds from the bag go to the campaign Save LA Cougars, which raises money for the Liberty Canyon wildlife crossing.
